As mentioned on the about page, Digital Ashes is a one-person company. Finding the right balance when providing support is a constant challenge. The reality is, 30 minutes answering support emails is 30 minutes not spent making Action Launcher better for everyone.
But you're not on your own! Action Launcher includes a comprehensive FAQ which aim to save us both time by answering your question as quickly as possible. Access it via Settings -> FAQ.
